RETURNS

At ADITI, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If your product is damaged, we often request that you recycle it instead of sending it back, and we will issue you a gift certificate for the cost of goods so you can easily replace your order. Learn more about our commitment to sustainability in our Flush Packaging partnership.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are currently being processed and fulfilled within up to 3 weeks due to family travel to and from India.

Once shipped, all orders are sent via 2-Day Cubic Priority Mail. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
